Washington: The US will participate in Astana talks

Washington, SANA-The US announced on Saturday it will participate in Astana talks about the crisis in Syria.

“The US Ambassador in Kazakhstan will represent Washington in the meetings,” Mark Toner, Deputy Spokesperson of the US Department of state said according to Reuters.

The Syrian-Syrian talks are expected to start on Monday in the Kazakh capital of Astana to help push a settlement for the crisis in Syria.
