Russian Source: No constitution project in Syria proposed by Russia

Moscow, SANA-A Russian source denied on Wednesday reports by some media about a new constitution project in Syria, prepared by Russia.

“Any constitution project has not been proposed, the source told Sputnik news agency, adding that what has been circulated about a Russian project is a document issued by Carter Center for Studies in the US.

It added that the document is a mere paper presented by the opposition and the US.
