Damascus, SANA-Health ministry announced on Thursday that 65 new coronavirus cases were registered in Syria, adding that 17 patients have recovered while 4 ones have passed away.

In a statement to SANA, the Ministry said that the toll of coronavirus infections registered in the country until now reached at 3416, of which 797 cases have recovered while 147 ones have passed away.

The first Coronavirus case in Syria was registered on March 22nd, while the first death was reported on the 29th of the same month.
