Health Ministry: 65 new Coronavirus cases, 15 patients recovered, 1 passed away

Damascus, SANA – The Health Ministry announced on Friday that 65 new Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases have been registered in Syria, and that 15 persons infected with the virus have recovered while 1 other has passed away.

This brings the total number of Coronavirus cases registered in Syria to 2073, the recoveries to 475, and the death toll to 83.

The first Coronavirus case in the country was registered on March 22^nd while the first death caused by the virus was reported a week later.
