Moscow, SANA-Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov discussed with Turkish Regime’s foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu via phone preparations for the Syrian National Dialogue Congress scheduled to be held at the end of January in the Russian city of Sochi.
The two sides discussed preparations for the Syrian National Dialogue Congress as a major milestone on the way to reaching a political settlement under the auspices of the United Nations on the basis of UN Security Council Resolution no.2254, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
They also discussed the issue of compliance with the cessation of hostilities agreement in the de-escalation zones under the agreements signed in Astana.
