Provinces, SANA -Thousands of citizens gathered this morning in mosques and public squares designated by the Ministry of Endowments in various Syrian cities to perform Eid al-Fitr prayers, the first Eid after the country’s liberation and the fall of the former regime.
The mosques and squares witnessed a massive influx of worshippers who arrived at dawn, cheering and shouting “Allahu Akbar” to express their joy for the arrival of Eid, in light of a new era of hope and optimism for a better future for the country.
Many citizens expressed their joy at this occasion, emphasizing that this holiday is exceptional and represents a new beginning for Syria, based on love, unity, and work for reconstruction and prosperity.
