Damascus, SANA- Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Abdel Moneim Abdel Hafiz discussed with a delegation from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and representatives of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) scientific and academic cooperation between the universities of the two countries.
During the meeting held at the ministry building, an exchange of scholarships was discussed and cooperation agreements between Syrian and German universities were renewed.
