Deputy chairman of popular mobilization comission Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and Iranian General Qassem Soleimani martyred in a US aggression

Baghdad, SANA- Iraqi official TV announced on Friday the martyrdom of Deputy Chairman of Popular Mobilization commission Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and Iranian Major General Qassem Soleimani in a US air aggression that targeted their car on Baghdad airport road.

The Iraqi TV quoted spokesman of the popular Mobilization Ahmad al-Assadi as saying that the US warplanes targeted through missiles two vehicles transporting officials from Popular Mobilization and their guests on Baghdad airport road, causing the martyrdom of Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and Iranian General Qassem Soleimani.

Meanwhile, Iranian Revolution Guard affirmed the martyrdom of the leader of al-Quds Failaq, General Qassem Soleimani, in a US aggression on Iraq.
