President al-Assad receives congratulatory cables on occasion of Eid al-Fitr holiday

Damascus, SANA – President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday received a number of congratulatory cables on occasion of Eid al-Fitr holiday.

President al-Assad received congratulatory cables from First Sharia Judge of Damascus Mahmoud al-Maarawi, Minister of Religious Endowments (Awqaf) Mohammad Abdulsattar al-Sayyed, Justice Minister Hesham al-Shaar, and Grand Mufti of the Republic Ahmad Badreddin Hassoun, who offered their best wishes to President al-Assad and his family on this occasion.
