Presidential law on increasing fines and penalties for sabotage acts of telecommunications network

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued Law No. 30 for 2024 amending some articles of Telecommunications Law No.18 for 2010 and its amendments related to fines and penalties.

The amendment to the new law aims to increase fines and penalties for all acts that lead to damage to the telecommunications network, sabotage of its structure, misuse it for illegal purposes, or provide communications services whose content violates public order or public morals.
