Syria to participate in 16 games within the 18th Asian Games

Damascus, SANA- Syria’s national teams will participate in 16 different games at the 18th Asian Games to be held in the Indonesian capital of Jakarta on August 18.

Syrian teams will participate in cycling, equestrian, Judo, Koresh, jiu-jitsu, Sambo, boxing, athletics, weightlifting, gymnastics, swimming, triathlon, wrestling, 3×3 basketball for women, basketball for men and football.

Syria won many medals in the previous editions of the Asian Games.
