Lattakia and Tartous ports closed due to weather conditions

Lattakia, SANA- Director General of ports Gen. Maytham Ibrahim Al-Yousuf confirmed closing the ports of Tartus, Lattakia and Banias oil refinery in front of maritime traffic due to weather conditions and the speed of wind which reached 75
KM per hour.

According to Al-Yousuf those ports are expected to reopen on Monday .

The ports of Tartus and Banias Oil Refinery were shut in front of maritime navigation in 14th of the last month due to the weather condition. The wind speed reached 65 km per hour.
