Four boxers qualify for semi-finals at Iran International Boxing Championship

Tehran, SANA – A number of members of the Syrian national boxing team participating in Iran International Boxing Championship qualified for the semi-finals.

Those are Munaf Asaad (91 kg), Hussein al-Masri (49 kg), Ahmad Ghossoun (69 kg) and Alaa Ghossoun (81 kg).

Head of the Boxing Union Issa al-Nassar told SANA Sports reporter that the boxers who have qualified for the semi-finals have won fur bronze medals, noting that the semi-final games are taking place later on the day.
