Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Monday issued the Legislative Decree No. /7/ for the year 2016 which stipulates for exempting citizens who signed up for houses at the General Establishment for Housing and have overdue fees from delay fines on condition they pay their financial commitments whether as a full payment or several installments.
