Damascus, SANA- The Central Bank of Syria (CBS) on Monday set the exchange rate of the USD at SYP 286.41 for banks and 286.42 for currency exchange companies.

The USD exchange rate for transfers was set at SYP 285.

The CBS also set the exchange rate of the EUR against the SYP at 318.23 for banks and 318.25 for currency exchange companies, while it was set at SYP 316.07 for transfers.

On Sunday, the USD exchange rate was SYP 285.40 for banks and 286.42 for currency exchange companies.
