Doha, SANA- With participation of Syria and other Arab countries, the Second Arab Postal Leaders Forum kicked off Tuesday in Qatari capital, Doha.
The official Syrian delegation to the forum comprises Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Hussein al-Masri, and Director General of Syrian Postal Corporation Imad al-Din Hamad.
The two-day forum highlights a number of high-level discussions on enhancing postal efficiency, achieve customer satisfaction, and integrate e-commerce services.
It also addresses transition from traditional postal systems to advanced digital platforms and employing artificial intelligence technologies to develop delivery operations, in addition to many other technological strategies.
