Yemeni Foreign Minister:  upcoming arrangements for the reopening of our embassy in Syria

Ankara, SANA-Yemeni Foreign Minister Sha’e al-Zindani revealed upcoming arrangements to open the Yemeni embassy in Syria.

On the sidelines of his recent participation in the Antalya Forum in Turkey, al-Zindani said in an interview with the Saudi newspaper Okaz, “We have been in contact with the new Syrian government from the very first moment, and I personally communicated with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Asaad al-Shaibani.

He added “We have started the necessary efforts to restore the embassy building and reopen it.”

He clarified that his country plans to send a delegation to Damascus on the 21st or 23rd of this month to reopen the Yemeni embassy building.
