Jordanian Interior Ministry: 42,675 Syrians voluntarily left Jordan

Amman, SANA- The Jordanian Ministry of Interior announced the return of 42,675 Syrians to their country through the Nassib-Jaber border crossing since the fall of the former regime on December 8th.

“The number of Syrian refugees leaving from inside the camps in Jordan to Syria reached 7,117 refugees, and the number of those who left from different regions of the kingdom reached 35,558 Syrians,” Ammon News Agency quoted a source at the ministry as saying Wednesday.

The ministry confirmed that all Syrians who left the kingdom “left voluntarily.”
