America is responsible for destabilizing international security- Ryabkov

Moscow, SANA- Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that the US is absolutely responsible for destabilizing the international security, asserting that it seeks to dominate the world by any means.

Washington does not want to take into account Russia’s concerns, does not want to recognize the right of other countries to protect its vital interests, RIA Novosti  quoted Rybakov as saying in a statement .
