President al-Assad issues decree No.257 stipulating names of councils of governorates’ members

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad on Sunday issued decree No. 257 for the year 2022 stipulating the names of members of the councils of governorates, who won the elections of Local Administration which were held on September 18^th, 2022.
