President al-Assad issues a law on licensing and operation of tourist facilities

Damascus-SANA-President Bashar al-Assad issued Law No. 23 of 2022 relating on licensing and operation of tourist facilities.

The Law aims to improve the quality of tourism services, controlling and deterring violations, and collecting the rights of the State’s Public Treasury regarding the conditions of unlicensed tourist establishments.
