Rehabilitation of 10 terrorism-damaged schools in Hama province

 

Hama, SANA The parties concerned in the central province of Hama have accomplished rehabiliation and restoration works for 10 schools that had sustained damage due to the acts of the terrorist
organizations in the ongoing war raging in the country since 2011.

Director of Buildings Department at the Technical Services Directorate in Hama Awad al-Douh told SANA that 5 basic education and secondary schools were rehabilitated in Jinan town with a total cost of SYP 8 million and others in al-Shiha town with a cost of SYP 3 million.

Two more schools in Tibet al-Imam town, to which the army restored security last September, were repaired and rehabilitated with a cost of SYP 6 million.

Al-Douh noted that the repair works, which started last December, included rehabilitation of infrastructure and electricity networks.
