A university student killed by ISIS gunfire in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor, SANA – A university student was killed and another injured by a gunfire of the terrorist organization of Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in al-Bgheiliyeh village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor province.

A source in the province told SANA that ISIS terrorists opened fire on a bus carrying students form al-Jazeera Private University after leaving the university headquarters in al-Bgheiliyeh village.

The terrorist attack caused immediate death of student Mohammed Majed al-Abboud and the injury of another student.

Last month, engineering units dismantled 4 explosive devices planted by terrorists at the crossroads to al-Jazeera University and near the western entrance of al-Bgheiliyeh village.
