Extinguishing fire erupted in dry herbs and trees in Homs city

Homs, SANA – Civil Defense members, in cooperation with Homs Fire Brigade, on Tuesday put out a fire erupted in dry herbs and trees in Homs city.

Head of the Homs Civil Defense, Ghiyath Akel told SANA reporter that the branch’s operation room received a report about a fire erupted in dry herbs and trees in al- Waer neighborhood and al-Haswiyah orchards area  in the north of  Homs  city .

He added that the firefighters along with Homs Fire Brigade immediately moved to the place of the fire and managed to extinguish the fire and carry out the cooling process.
