President Putin appoints new Ambassador to Syria

Moscow, SANA-Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Mr. Alexander Kinschaka as a new Ambassador of Federal Russia to Syria.

Official News site in Federal Russia, which reported the news, affirmed that President Putin signed on Monday a decree appointing Mr. Kinschaka as a new ambassador to Syria.
