Moscow, SANA-Spokesman of the Russian Presidency (Kremlin), Dmitry Peskov, in a comment to Sputnik News Agency, announced on Monday that holding a meeting with Astana formula about Syria is being discussed through the diplomatic channels.

Astana meetings started in the Kazakh capital in early 2017.
14 meetings were held so far, one of them was held in the Russian city of Sochi. The meetings stressed the firm commitment to Syria’s sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity in addition to continuing the war against the terrorist organizations untill defeating them completely.
