Tokyo, SANA- Russian President Vladimir Putin affirmed the need to eliminate the remaining terrorist hotbeds in Syria , work for the return of the displaced people and revive the economy in the country.

Speaking at the meeting of BRICS leaders held on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Osaka, Japan, Putin said that at the current stage, it is important to eliminate remaining terrorist hotbeds , continue to help the Syrian government in rebuilding of the economy and the infrastructure , and the return of the displaced Syrians due to terrorism to home.
