Moscow, SANA- Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Turkish regime is responsible for implementing Sochi agreement on Idleb and stopping terrorists’ violations there.

Peskove told Journalists on Friday that it is necessary for terrorists in Idleb to stop targeting civil targets,including the Hmeimim airbase where there are Russian soldiers, reiterating that achieving that in accordance with the agreements reached in Sochi is the responsibility of the Turkish regime.
