Moscow, SANA- The Russian government appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Yury Borisov as a head of the Russian side in the Russian-Syrian Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation.

The Russian government announced in a decree on Wednesday that Borisov was also appointed as head of the Russia-India Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation.

The Russian-Syrian Commission was established on April 15, 1993.
