Damascus, SANA – Means to overcome obstacles hindering the national industry and re-run facilities which have been suspended due to current circumstances were the focus of the meeting between Industry Minister, Mohammed Mazen Ali Yousef, and the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Industry board of directors.

Minister Yousef stressed the Ministry’s readiness to coordinate with all ministries and parties concerned to provide assistance and support industrialists in order to upgrade the national industry.

The participants called for mitigating tax burdens, providing raw materials for industrial factories such as textiles, oils, ceramics and plastic products and reducing fuel prices.
