Lattakia, SANA- Lattakia governorate received on Monday a quantity of 1000 tons of rice.

The aid was offered by China to the Syrian people as an expression of solidarity with the country.

Lattakia Governor Ibrahim Khuder al-Salem thanked China’s government and people for their support to Syria in the fight against terrorism, saying the move asserts the deeply-rooted relations between the two countries.

The full quantity of the aid amounts to 5000 tons of rice to be delivered successively.
