Zakharova: Moscow coordinates with Syrian government and UN on National Dialogue Congress

Moscow, SANA – Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Moscow is actively working, in coordination with the Syrian government, the UN and others international partners, on holding the Syrian National Dialogue Congress.

In a news briefing on Thursday, Zakharova said the Congress is under preparation and details about its date and participants are still being discussed, adding that accurate information will be announced whenever available.

Zakharova renewed Moscow’s call on the regional and international powers to provide support to the Syrian people by deeds not only by words to the effect of settling the crisis and delivering humanitarian aid to the affected areas without preconditions.
