Syria’s youth football team beats his Palestinian counterpart in West-Asian championship

Riyadh, SANA-The Syrian youth football team beat his Palestinian counterpart by a score 4-2 in the first round matches of West-Asian championship “Arab Countries” currently being held in Taif city, Saudi Arabia

 The national team’s technical director, Mohammed Aqeel, stressed the importance of the West Asian Championship for developing the national team and that it constitutes an important preparation stage for the upcoming Asian qualifiers.

Our national team’s “third” group includes the teams of the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Palestine.
