Ministers of Education and Religious Endowments discuss common issues and Sharia education affairs

Damascus, SANA- Dr. Mohammad Tarkou, Minister of Education, and Dr. Mohammad Abu Al-Khair Shukri, Minister of Religious Endowments (Awqaf), met Tuesday to discuss common issues between the two ministries, with a particular focus on Sharia (Islamic) education and preparations for certificate exams.

During the meeting, held at the Ministry of Education headquarters in Damascus, the ministers emphasized the necessity of strengthening joint cooperation between the two ministries, especially in the field of religious education.

This meeting came as part of the ongoing coordination and collaboration between the two ministries on shared issues, highlighting the importance of working as a unified government team.
