Damascus Countryside, SANA – One civilian was killed and 5 others were injured on Monday due to shelling attack on al-Dekhania area in Damascus Countryside in a new violation of the Russian memorandum on de-escalation zones.
A source at Damascus Police Command told SANA that armed groups positioned in Ayn Tarma and its orchards to the north of Jaramana city in the Eastern Ghouta area fired a number of shells on al-Dekhania area in Damascus Countryside, claiming the life of a civilian, injuring 5 others, and causing material damage to citizens’ houses and properties.
